Grilling season is here! Well, that is if Mother Nature doesn’t decide to make another appearance or two. As much as I love pasta and sauces, I do love some grillin’ and chillin’. The flavor explosion of this sauce is incredible and is so versatile. I love this on grilled flank steak, its perfect for any inexpensive cut of beef that needs just a little extra flavor. You can also top chicken and fish, or just dip some bread in it!
You will need:
2 minced garlic cloves
Handful of parsley finely chopped
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1/3 cup fresh lime juice or bottled key lime juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients, add protein and let sit in the refrigerator for a few hours. Use as a sauce over grilled flank or skirt steak, chicken, fish for dipping bread.
