Fort Mill Spirit

I love our peach spirit here in Fort Mill ! We have festivals around them and our local store, The Peach Stand,  carries everything peach, so I named this fresh cocktail The Fort Mill Spirit. I realize it may be hard to find peach cider if you dont live in York County, I would recommend substituting with mango juice.


You will need:

4 Peaches (pitted, peeled and chopped)

3 oz Vodka

3 oz peach cider


Pulse peach in blender or food processor processor until puréed.

Place in a bowl and add vodka.  Let sit all day in the refrigerator .  When ready to make the cocktail, strain the vodka from the peach pulp.

Place peach vodka into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add peach cider.  Shake a good 60 seconds,  strain into a coupe glass and enjoy!
