Grilled Peaches

So simple and many uses! Cut in half, remove pit, spray with cooking oil. Grill cut side down for 5-10 minutes, then flip over for another 2. Keep lid down while cooking.


Top with~

Ricotta and hot honey

Balsamic glaze and shaved Pecorino Romano

Vanilla bean ice cream and caramel sauce

Burrata bail and extra virgin olive oil

Maple syrup and crushed pecans

Brown sugar and cinnamon

Greek yogurt and granola
