This is a decadent and versatile appetizer, served either hot or cold. I like it cold because thats the way Oma serves it! Its perfect all year around with a cold glass of champagne or Prosecco! I know fresh crab can be hard to find, but Philips usually is a good option if you aren’t near a seafood market.
You will need:
1 lb lump crab meat
2 cups Duke mayo
8 oz chopped green onions
1 can drained and chopped artichoke hearts
8 oz shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Mix everything together but the parsley. If baking, then bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers, or crudités for the low carbers!
